What Is Athlete Open Enrollment?

Athlete Open Enrollment is our 14 week training system designed to holistically increase performance.

WINTER TRAINING

14 WEEKS
November 4th, 2019 - February 14th, 2020

Step 1: Enrollment

Athletes must enroll prior to the start of each training block. Open enrollment begins two weeks prior to the start of each block. Sign up to your reserve spot!

Step 2: Education

The first week of every block is one of the most important. Our coaches will take the time to assess each athlete and teach them the proper technique to ensure safety and maximize performance while training.

Step 3: Testing

The test phase provides our coaches and athletes with quantifiable feedback. All athletes are tested in thier second and final week of training. APE STRENGTH has designed specific testing protocols in relation to age, sport, gender, and ability.

 

Step 4: Performance Period

The performance period is the meat and potatoes of the training plan. Each block is aimed to develop explosive power, increase strength, improve mobility, increase speed, agility, and quickness.

 

Step 5: Show Time

You are now ready to crush your competition!

APE STRENGTH has a proven track record of helping hundreds of athletes enhance their performance and dominate the competition. Between our knowledge and expertise of our coaches we provide holistic training programs that will increase all areas of an athlete’s capabilities.

Speed, Strength, Power, and Performance are just a few of the qualities we focus on when designing our programs. This gives the athletes the tools necessary to reach their full potential.

HIGH-SCHOOL ATHLETES (AGES 15-18)

Our training programs are sold in 10 week blocks focused on increasing human performance. Each program encompases all major qualities like speed, strength, agility and power. This will give the athlete the best opportunity to succeed when it’s game time.

I have worked out at APE under Paul since I was in middle school (2008). I went to Arizona State University on a full-athletic scholarship to play indoor and beach volleyball, and I am currently a professional volleyball player in Switzerland playing for Viteos NUC. I wouldn’t be where I am today without the training I got from Paul and Chris at APE. Training at APE in high school helped me prepare for college football, as my strength and conditioning levels were well above what was expected my freshman year at Oklahoma State. As I continued throughout my college career, APE continued to help me prepare each summer as I trained for the upcoming season. The summer going into my sophomore year, I was recovering from a fractured fibula and ankle surgery, and working at APE helped me make a full recovery ahead of schedule. I went on to have a great career at Oklahoma State, largely due to to the work I put in at APE to help me recover from my injuries. Paul and Chris designed workouts specifically for my needs at my position, and implemented functional training that carried over directly to the field of play. For any athletes looking to recover from an injury, prevent future injuries, and maximize their athletic potential, I highly recommend APE.
